For decades, our founder worked as a caretaker. The person families called when they couldn't be there, when professional care needed to feel personal. She didn't just manage medications, appointments, feeding, bathing. She became family and was there at the very end.
Those relationships taught her something the medical textbooks don't teach: The difference between aging and decline isn't always age. It's motion.
